I start?
I recommend first booking a FREE prayer session. It is a 40 minute zoom meeting where you can meet me, ask questions, tell me what you are struggling with and I will pray for you.
If you are encouraged by that meeting I will create a FREE personalized step by step program for you.

What is Christian Coaching?
This is an individual journey but I focus on 3 parts of your God story.
1. Your past: identifying past trauma, lies you have believed about yourself, and generational hurts.
2. Your present: Building strong spiritual disciplines, actions plans for current struggles.
3. Your future: Identifying spiritual gifts, revealing God's plan for your life, creating goals
What if my family is too broken?
There is nothing in your past or present that Jesus cannot heal and restore. No matter how bleak it may look today all power is available to you today in prayer to restore your family, break generational chains, and bring each of your children to the cross.
And it is never too late to start.

I hold healing and forgiveness ministry retreats in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada.
My retreats are small by necessity. The intimate work of forgiveness and healing ministry require a small group.
You can also book a 1:1 forgiveness ministry and coaching event.

Kathy J. Janzen is a wife, mother, and daughter of the King of Kings. She is also a writer, educator, and speaker on the topics of parenting, prayer, spiritual warfare, redemption, and healing. She created Kathy’s Call publishing to write and publish books and journals that encourage and strengthen women in their faith journey. Waging War from Your Knees was the flagship book published in 2023. She also published ten prayer journals in the Waging War series and a line of Christian women’s day planners. This year she completed one Young Adult Fiction book and is working on the next book in the Waging War Series. Kathy creates content for both Instagram and YouTube on the topics of bible study, prayer, parenting, and her goofy side. She lives in Southern Alberta, Canada with her husband, Sheldon. They enjoy every minute they get with their children and grandchildren.
